Job summary

OrthoSportsMED, part of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our Needham, MA team. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse orthopedic and sports medicine caseload, including vestibular and musculoskeletal diagnoses.

You will perform evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with staff to ensure seamless, team-based care while pursuing ongoing CEUs and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Massachusetts license or eligibility to practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and team-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver care including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with support staff and clinicians to ensure seamless, team-based care.
• Guide patients through fitness and wellness programs for long-term recovery and prevention.
• Document patient progress using Clinicient.
• Participate in professional development through in-services and CEUs.

Your Role

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help patients achieve optimal outcomes. You’ll work with a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses.

What you’ll do:
