TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. You will assess patients, develop personalized plans with physicians, and deliver evidence-based interventions aimed at restoring movement and reducing pain.

You will monitor progress, document outcomes, educate patients and families, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care. Mentoring students and therapy assistants is also part of the role.

Formación

• Licensed PT to practice in Tennessee.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPR/BLS within 30 days of start date.

What qualifications you will need:

• (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist
• Bachelors Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
