Hill Valley Healthcare in Nashville, TN seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients, advancing mobility and function through evidence-based care. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team, document effectively in PCC EMR, maintain CPR certification, and participate in onboarding and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in physical therapy assessments and direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans in PCC EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.

• Proficiency in EMR documentation. We use PCC, but prior experience with this system is not required.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
