FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Mooresville, NC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role focuses on balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation, delivering individualized, high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular, neurological, and/or orthopedic rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
• Treat a diverse outpatient caseload.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

About Our Clinic

Our Mooresville clinic provides specialized outpatient care with a diverse patient population:

• Approximately 65% Balance, Vestibular & Neurological
• Approximately 25% Orthopedic
• Approximately 10% Other Diagnoses
• Average caseload of approximately 12 patients per day / 60 per week

You'll have the opportunity to treat a variety of diagnoses while continuing to develop your clinical skills in a collaborative outpatient environment.

What We're Looking For
