Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hendersonville, NC is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist (Vestibular & Balance) to join a mentorship-focused clinic led by a practicing PT owner.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and treat balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions while pursuing leadership growth; the clinic offers a collaborative culture, CEU support, and the backing of a national brand.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain).
• DPT or equivalent physical therapy degree.
• Leadership, mentorship, or clinical instructor experience preferred.
• Vestibular or neuro experience a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ownership mindset and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible scheduling available

Pay: $82,500 - $95,000 per year, plus performance bonus

About The Role

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hendersonville is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist who wants to grow. You'll work directly alongside a clinic owner who is also a practicing PT, in a collaborative, mentorship-focused clinic specializing in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
