Job summary

FYZICAL Concord is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Concord, NC. You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and provide high-quality therapy for orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions in a supportive environment.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a competitive $77,000–$85,000 annual salary, healthcare stipend, PTO, CE assistance, clinical mentorship, and career growth opportunities within a nationally recognized

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment
