FYZICAL Concord invites a Physical Therapist to join the outpatient team. The role focuses on evaluating patients and creating individualized plans of care for orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions.

The clinic offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a healthcare stipend, PTO, CE assistance, mentorship, and professional development within a nationally recognized organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment
