Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hendersonville, NC is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist who wants to grow in a mentorship‑driven setting. You’ll work directly with a clinic owner who treats patients, focusing on balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $82,500–$95,000 per year plus a performance bonus, generous PTO, health insurance, CEU support, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligible.
• DPT degree or equivalent in physical therapy.
• Leadership, mentorship, or clinical instructor experience preferred.
• Vestibular or neuro experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment.
• Treat balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Mentor and support clinic team members.
• Partner with clinic leadership on growth and performance goals.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness.
• Help build a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
