Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in the United States is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans aimed at restoring or maintaining well‑being. You will organize PT treatment programs based on medical referrals and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
