Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Red Oak, OK is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain well‑being. You will organize PT treatment programs based on referrals and evaluations and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a current state license as a Physical Therapist, has at least 2 years of experience, and maintains CPR and Hepatitis profiles. Knowledge of durable medical equipment is preferred.
