Job summary

Luna Care, Inc. is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home outpatient PT. You will treat patients in their homes through their full plan of care, with flexible scheduling and a focus on safe, effective therapy.

You set your availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a ~30-minute drive, averaging 12 minutes. You’ll document quickly in the Luna app and receive per-visit pay with opportunities to increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliability and safe patient transport.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Liability insurance.
