Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes. Set your own availability and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive.

You will complete documentation in the Luna app in 3-5 minutes and treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments. We offer flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and access to Luna Safety Shield and Luna Exercises for integrated care.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
