Job summary

Luna Care, Inc. is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes across Colorado, including Monument. You’ll set your own availability and Luna matches you with nearby clients within a short drive, with care delivered in the patient’s home.

You’ll document quickly in the Luna app, with per-visit pay and opportunities to increase earnings by adding visits. Flexible scheduling and direct deposit payments support your practice.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
