Job summary

Luna is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients' homes, delivering the full plan of care. You set your availability and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive on average.

You’ll document with the Luna app in minutes, work with flexible hours, and earn per visit with potential bonuses and incentives. Travel to patient homes is required, and payments are issued quickly in-app.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license is required.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
