Qualifications

• Must hold an active physical therapy license specific to the state.

• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must possess a current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes.
• Set your own availability, matched with nearby patients.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app.
• Treat one patient per visit without overlapping appointments.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
