Life Medical P.A. & Minnesota Medical and Rehabilitative Services, LLC is a multi-specialty, integrative medical clinic in Minneapolis, MN that provides patient- and family-centered care. They offer a wide range of services including primary care, integrative medicine, weight management, chiropractic services, Prolo/PRP injections, physical therapy and mental health services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Life Medical P.A. & Minnesota Medical and Rehabilitative Services, LLC. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services for both acute and chronic injuries. Supervision of physical therapy assistants and assisting in development of our rehabilitation department alongside the Head of Rehabilitation will be vital.

• Medicine and Physical Therapy skills
• Rehabilitation and Patient Care skills
• Experience in Home Care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a multi-specialty medical clinic is a plus
  

Pay and Hours
32 to 40 hour work week
$100k-$115k yearly salary
