Job summary

VNA Health Group in Middlesex, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based care. You will help patients regain mobility, improve function, and support rehabilitation goals within a collaborative, mission-driven team.

The role requires a NJ PT license, 2–3 years of experience preferred, strong communication and computer skills, and a valid NJ driver’s license with reliable transportation.
