Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based therapy in Ocean County, NJ. You will evaluate, treat, and manage plans of care for patients while coordinating with physicians and documenting progress.

The ideal candidate holds a valid NJ Physical Therapy License, has 2–3 years of related experience, and demonstrates strong communication with patients and teams, plus a NJ driver's license and reliable transportation.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000.
