Job summary

Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This licensed provider role focuses on evidence-based, patient-centered care within a collaborative outpatient clinic.

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, develop individualized plans, and participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development.
• Specialty certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in continuing education and skill development.
