Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our clinic in Bothell. The Clinic Director will lead daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes.

This role includes mentoring and supporting the clinic team while driving clinic growth through community engagement and referral development. WA licensure is required for practice as a leader in this clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program.
• Current or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Washington.
• Proven ability to mentor clinicians, support staff development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills for leading clinic operations.

Responsibilities

Capstone Physical Therapy is a local therapist-owned outpatient private practice in Whatcom, Snohomish, and Skagit counties. We offer Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
