Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our Bothell clinic. You will lead daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes, while mentoring the clinic team and driving growth through community engagement and referrals.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT or MPT and is licensed or eligible to practice in Washington, with proven leadership, mentorship abilities, and a commitment to evidence-based care

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• WA state license or eligible to practice as a PT.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.

Job Description

Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our clinic in Bothell. The Clinic Director will lead the daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes. This role includes mentoring and supporting the clinic team while driving clinic growth through community engagement, referral development, and patient‑centered service.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program.
• Current or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Washington.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, clinical excellence, and leadership growth.
• Proven ability to mentor clinicians, support staff development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills appropriate for leading clinic operations and supporting strategic goals.
