Job summary

Capstone Physical Therapy in Bothell, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing, therapist-owned outpatient practice. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, document progress, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

A DPT or MPT and WA licensure (or eligibility) are required, with commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development.
• Specialty certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.

Job Description

Capstone Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider to join a well‑established clinic dedicated to delivering evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
