Job summary

Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient private practice. You will support patient care by implementing treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist and guide patients through therapeutic exercises while monitoring progress.

Our team focuses on evidence-based care across orthopedics, sports rehab, geriatrics, pelvic health, vestibular therapy, TMJ, and work injury rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Previous outpatient therapy experience is preferred.
• Graduation from accredited physical therapy assistant degree program.
• Washington State Physical Therapist Assistant License (or license eligible)

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by implementing treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and monitor progress.
• Help ensure a positive, encouraging rehabilitation experience.
