Capstone Physical Therapy, an outpatient practice serving Whatcom and Snohomish Counties, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a growing team. The clinic emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered care and strong clinical support.

Candidates must be licensed in Washington (or eligible) with a DPT/MPT, and possess strong communication skills. Opportunities include specialty growth, mentorship, and generous CE allowances as part of a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development.
• Specialty certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Participate in continuing education and skill development.
