Job summary

Capstone Physical Therapy in Washington state is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. This licensed provider will deliver evidence-based orthopedic and neuromuscular care, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with our clinical team to ensure high-quality treatment.

You will perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development.
• Specialty certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Capstone Physical Therapyis a local therapist-owned outpatient private practice in Whatcom, Snohomish, and Skagit counties. We offer Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
