Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate residents, design personalized therapy plans, and guide mobility and pain management to improve function and quality of life.

This full-time role features a 30-hour work week (Mon–Fri) with a competitive hourly pay rate based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care

Working Hours and Compensation

This is a full‑time position with 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There is no weekend rotation required. The salary range for this position is $44.08-48.44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
