FYZICAL Barnsboro is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and balance-focused clinic. We offer clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule, and a compensation structure designed to support both your professional growth and work-life balance.

• Total Compensation: $95,000–$100,000+ annually (based on experience & productivity)
• Productivity Bonuses
• Continuing Education Support – includes opportunities for paid CEU courses, clinical mentorship, and Balance Level I certification (provided by employer)
• 40 hours per week
• Early Fridays (done by 12:00 PM!)
• Paid 30-minute lunch or optional 1-hour split
• Design your own schedule within this framework

Full Days:

• New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, Your Birthday

Half Days:

• Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve

What You’ll Need

• NJ Physical Therapy License (active)
• Current CPR Certification
• Balance Level I Certification (must be completed within 3 months – paid for by employer)

What You’ll Do

Clinical Care & Patient Management

• Evaluate & treat patients using evidence-based plans
• Provide manual therapy, neuromuscular re-ed, and therapeutic exercises
• Educate and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with providers & occasionally supervise techs/PTAs

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete timely, accurate EMR documentation
• Adhere to licensure and clinic standards

Communication & Operations

• Communicate with providers, patients, and caregivers
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized

Professional Development

• Attend bi-weekly clinical learning sessions
• Participate in occasional weekend trainings or meetings
• Access structured mentorship and learning pathways

Employment Terms

• 6-month formal review focused on compensation growth, role refinement, and long-term career development
