The position is located in Middletown Township, NJ, with varying hours between Monday to Friday.

Job description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of rehabilitative needs. Based on assessment findings, develop individualized patient goals and treatment plans.
• Provide highly skilled physical therapy to adult patients in an oncology setting utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic interventions to maximize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, including the patient and their family, to ensure the highest level of clinical services are provided and experienced throughout the entire episode of care.
• Participate in mentorship through various teaching and learning opportunities.
• Engage in projects and activities to advance professional development and that support and advance institutional and departmental mission and goals.

Key Qualifications :

• New Jersey State PT license required.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical practice as a licensed PT.
• Outpatient therapy experience strongly preferred.
• Oncology, lymphedema, and acute care experience beneficial.

Core Skills :

• Flexible with strong time management / organizational skills.
• Effective in verbal and written communication including computer skills.
• Detail and team-oriented.
• Invested in mentorship both in learning and sharing of clinical knowledge.

• Location : MSK Monmouth, 480 Red Hill Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748
• Schedule : Hours vary between 8 : 00a-6 : 00p, Monday-Friday (subject to change)
• Reporting to the Supervisor, Physical Therapy
