Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional patient care within a dynamic healthcare setting.

You will assess referred patients, perform PT evaluations, and document in the PCC EMR system. CPR certification and a valid PT license are required, with a focus on collaboration and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy license for state practice.
• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients, providing direct patient care to assess conditions and rehab potential.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct patient care to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations and rehab potential.
• Document patient interactions in PCC EMR during care.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.

• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
