Job summary

Building Futures Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve gross motor skills and functional independence for children from birth through 18 years old across three Louisiana clinics.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, creating and adjusting plans with families, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Louisiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure).
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Building Futures Pediatric Therapy is a fast‑growing, family‑centered pediatric therapy practice serving children from birth through 18 years of age. We provide Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy across three clinic locations in Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston, Louisiana. Position Summary

The Pediatric Physical Therapist evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans designed to improve gross motor skills, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional independence in pediatric patients. The Physical Therapist works closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to help children achieve meaningful developmental milestones.
