Qualifications

• 2-4 years outpatient experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Active Louisiana PT license or eligibility via compact licensure.
• Candidates from inpatient settings may be considered if transitioning to outpatient.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must pass background check; no prior license suspensions or disciplinary history.

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality physical therapy services in a dynamic outpatient setting

Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Use a streamlined, therapist-friendly EMR (with integrated AI scribe) for efficient documentation

Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs

Stay current through professional development and advanced clinical training opportunities

Full-time hours, Monday through Friday

Average of 11 patients per day
