Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide in-home physical therapy services, helping clients enhance their strength, mobility, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Master of Physical Therapy, an active MA PT license, and a passion for patient-centered care. Competitive pay ranges from $75 to $85 per hour, along with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
