BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT). In this role, you will provide essential in-home PT services to help clients regain independence and improve quality of life.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $75 to $85 per hour along with flexible scheduling options. You'll benefit from professional development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and require an active MA PT license and relevant qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MA PT license.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Preferably 1+ year of experience, but new graduates are welcome.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home PT evaluations and develop care plans.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions.
• Educate clients on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
