Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Lompoc, CA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting clinical evaluations and reassessments, documenting progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and coordinating care with physical therapist assistants. The role also involves monitoring patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical records. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a collaborative team environment while ensuring safe, ethical, and patient-centered care.
