Job summary

Synapse Complete Balance and Movement Therapy is an outpatient clinic in California seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide expert rehabilitation services focusing on musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, geriatric care, and orthopedic conditions.

You will work with a small team (1-5 therapists), develop personalized treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educate patients, and document progress while collaborating with healthcare

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (CA) required or in CA licensing process.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide expert rehabilitation services focusing on musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, geriatric care, and orthopedic conditions. Working within a small team of 1-5 therapists, you will report directly to the Clinic Manager and deliver personalized treatment plans without any travel requirements.
