Northwest Rehabilitation & Associates is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team serving Salem, Keizer, Dallas and surrounding communities. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy, has or is eligible for state licensure, and can work collaboratively within a supportive team.

Competenze

  • DPT degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

  • Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.

  • Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000/year depending on experience!

Key Responsibilities:
