Therapists treat patients in meticulously clean private rooms and a full-service gym equipped with modern cardio equipment, free weights, and a Pilates reformer. The clinic specializes in orthotics and ankle/foot dysfunction, TMD, women's health and pelvic rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy, and performing arts rehabilitation. Clinicians are committed to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and confidently return to daily activities.

Role Description

The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in an on-site clinical setting located in Issaquah, WA. This full-time role includes evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions across orthopedic, neurological, pelvic health, vestibular, and performing arts populations. Daily responsibilities involve documenting assessments and progress, collaborating with other therapists and support staff, and educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies. The Physical Therapist will use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities in both private rooms and the gym environment, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space. The role also includes communicating with referring providers as needed and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and progression of care.
• Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Home Care, with the ability to provide clear education, home exercise guidance, and compassionate support.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and pelvic health conditions.
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patients.
• Experience or interest in one or more of the clinic's specialty areas (e.g., vestibular rehab, pelvic health, performing arts) is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and manage a full-time patient caseload responsibly and ethically.
