Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Wenatchee, WA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide 1-on-1 care tailored to the needs of each individual patient. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare providers. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a supportive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care, professional growth, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Knowledge of Medicine and clinical best practices relevant to musculoskeletal, sports, and women's health conditions.
• Demonstrate commitment to Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and patient education.
• Experience or interest in Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Rehabiliation and Pilates based Rehabilitation is desired but not required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Washington state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
• Preferred experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, women's health, pelvic floor rehab, Pilates, or dance medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small clinic setting and manage a varied caseload independently.
