Our Issaquah PT team is expanding and offers opportunities for surgical observation and close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons.

Location: The clinic is 15 miles east of Seattle, offering easy access to I‑90 and a high‑quality school district.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions routinely, in consultation with physicians.
• Determine and apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments per state practice act.
• Document patient care services in accordance with regulatory and department guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff across the organization.
• Work in a fast‑paced outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Maintain a safe environment for self, staff, and patients.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain state license.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred but not required; mentoring beneficial.
• Experience with post‑operative PT preferred.
• Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy.
