Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Field - Home Health - Physical Therapy

Location: Bellevue, WA (Travel within a 20-mile radius to patients' homes and workplaces. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement provided.)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, No On-Call

Pay: $50-$67/hour plus mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), life insurance, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care throughout the community in patients' homes or workplaces, helping individuals regain mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
