Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care tailored to each patient.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress notes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
