Job summary

Compassus in Indianapolis is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs that help patients regain strength and independence to perform daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home-based physical therapy sessions.
• Help patients regain strength and independence for daily living activities.
