Qualifications

• Graduation from a professional Physical Therapy program.
• Current Montana Physical Therapy licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• In-state candidates must reside at least 250 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Background check and drug screen must be completed prior to placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to address impairments and functional limitations
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient quality of life following injury or disease
• Incorporate consideration of the patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs into all assessments and treatments
• Apply sound clinical judgment to make appropriate care decisions while maintaining an empathetic and understanding attitude toward patients
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen prior to placement

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a professional Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Montana
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• In-state candidates must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Prior experience in an Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and care teams
