Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and mobile/ home visits in Montana. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing assessment of progress.

Shifts are daytime, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for mentorship. Montana license required or ability to obtain one; new grads welcome to apply.
