The role emphasizes independent practice within a team, with focus on quality outcomes. Qualified candidates will hold an MS or DPT in Physical Therapy, possess active state licensure, and have completed the National Certification Examination.

Qualifications

• Must have MS or DPT in Physical Therapy and be licensed.
• National Certification Examination completed and active licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns.

• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan.
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.
