Job summary

Fouraker-Hills-Rehab-and-Nursing-Center-1 is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will assess, diagnose, and design personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain, while guiding patients and families through recovery.

Qualifications include a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, successful NBCOT/NBCE completion, and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan.
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self‑care techniques.
