Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Florida team. This full-time and PRN position offers opportunities to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with personalized plans aimed at reducing pain and restoring mobility.

You will collaborate with nurses and fellow therapists, educate patients and families, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused work environment and exceptional care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an MS or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of NBCOT and licensed to practice in Florida.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan.
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self-care techniques.
