Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team on a per diem basis. We provide personalized wellness experiences through rehabilitation services tailored to each patient, aiming to improve quality of life.

You will assess patients, diagnose movement patterns, develop individualized plans, and establish goals. You’ll use exercises, hands-on therapy, and education to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan.
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self-care techniques.
