Haines-City-Rehabilitation- in Florida is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a Per Diem basis. You will assess and treat patients, design individualized plans, and help them recover mobility and reduce pain.

The role emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and ongoing professional development within a supportive clinical environment that values quality outcomes and responsive care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• National Certification Examination passed.
• Valid Florida PT license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan.
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self‑care techniques.
