Job summary
Providence is seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient Neuro at Gresham Square in a full-time, day-shift role. You will manage skilled PT care, evaluate patients, and plan treatments to maximize independence across a diverse patient population.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT from an accredited PT program.
- Oregon PT license upon hire.
- License in states where care is delivered (upon hire).
- BLS - American Heart Association certification (upon hire).
- Occasionally specialized PT experience may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.
- Perform patient evaluation and treatment to support independence and functional goals.
- Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safety.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treament, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or
- D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Coursework/Training: Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need
- Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License
- License in states wherever care is delivered
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
